  Please find below rules for booking accommodation in our hotels.

For reservation guest should provide next information:

-Name and last name

-Amount of people and rooms

-Room type

-Method of payment

-Contact information (phone number/e-mail).

The reservation is guaranteed, if you receive confirmation of your reservation number and made an advance payment within 3 days after receiving confirmation.

With unguaranteed reservations - if booking without prepayment, in case of not arrive at the hotel from 13 to 18-00 without a late arrival notice, the reservation is automatically canceled.

Prepayment - making 100% of the first night hotel accommodation.

In case of arrival at the hotel is less than 3 days after reservation, you do not need to make an advance payment, but in the case of cancellation it is necessary to make notice.

Methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, credit card payment.

Overnight at the hotel are calculated from 13:00 to 12:00 the next day (regardless of the time of arrival).
Early check-in (subject to availability) - check in room from 6:00 to 13:00 is calculated as the value of + ½ day stay at the hotel, check in before 6:00 - 100% price of overnight).
Late check-out (subject to availability) – check-out from hotel after 12:00 and till 20:00 is calculated as the value of + ½ day stay at the hotel, check-out after 20:00 – 100% price of overnight.

In case of no show you at the day of arrival until 00:00 - will be charged a penalty of 100% price (no refund).

If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days (holidays for 30 days) until arrival, then the deposit will be fully refunded.

To change or cancel previously made a booking, you need to write a letter to the e-mail: hoteltulpar@yandex.ru , specifying the name and booking number (written on the booking confirmation). The reservation is canceled if you get letter with confirmation of cancelation.

Children under 3 years old stay free without extra bed. If necessary, additional bed – supplement is 500 rubles.

If during your stay you decide to shorten your stay, then it is necessary to inform the administrator at least one day prior to the expected departure. Otherwise the hotel will charge a penalty equal to the cost of one night stay.
